Further Requirements Scoping

Further Requirements Scoping covers requirements that still need to be scoped in order for the system to be built, but are not fully covered during project planning.

Project Further Requirements

As we define your requirements, we will raise tickets in your Support Project if necessary.

Note that the start of the Build Phase of the project does not need to wait until all of the additional requirements have been identified and signed off. However, it will not be possible to complete the Build Phase and move on to launch while there are still outstanding tickets with further requirements outstanding.

Deliverables
Additional solution tickets to cover describing your requirements in detail, with proposed solutions and man hour estimates of the work involved
Sign-off on the proposed solution and time estimate for each of these tickets
