OrderFlow is an enterprise-strength order processing and warehouse management system (WMS) with a wealth of configuration options and implementation possibilities.

This document provides details of the main functions that it performs, from an operational viewpoint.

OrderFlow Operations

OrderFlow is built specifically around the needs of eCommerce fulfilment. It enables an organisation to manage one or more warehouses, fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently. Users are able to complete all the warehouse and despatch operations necessary to support the fulfillment process in a way that has been optimised to meet the particular demands of the business in which it is being used.
