Returns

When the recipient of an order returns a product (or products) for any reason, they usually send those products back to the warehouse from where they were despatched.

Return Entities

The result of an applied return process will be a Return Item entity, attached to which will be one or more Return Line entities. These can be seen under Warehouse --> Returns in the desktop interface.

The following diagram shows the relationship between these entities.
