Replenishment

This only applies if customer is using bulk picking locations.

If so, explain to customer pros and cons of using priority vs background replenishment.

Explain pros and cons of primary vs multi-location picking.

For background replenishment, will need further info: reorder trigger level and picking quantity max.

Reordering

Explain how OrderFlow can be used to feed into purchasing process through reordering reports.

Solicit detail on how customer would like to use these, and hand over.

Validate Allocation and Assignment Priority

Defaults should be okay, but just need to verify this.

Hand Over Inventory Admin

Customer should know how inventory calculations are triggered, what they are used for, and should be able to do a manual refresh if necessary.

Validate Inventory Schedules

Go through schedules with customer. Determine whether to do full inventory refresh and full stock push, possibly on weekly basis.

Enable Advanced Stock Checking

Whether this should be activated or not.

Validate Advanced Stock Checking Metrics

Once advanced stock check is setting, need to make sure the metrics used are correct and fit for purpose.
